We’re looking for a highly creative, culturally plugged-in Creative Executive to join our growing team in London. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who understands internet culture, creator-led storytelling, and premium brand aesthetics — especially within beauty and fashion. You’ll work closely with creative directors, strategists, producers, and talent teams to develop culturally relevant campaigns, social-first creative concepts, creator collaborations, and brand storytelling across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of creative concepts for campaigns, social content, creator partnerships, and branded experiences
  • Translate brand objectives into culturally relevant, platform-native ideas
  • Build pitch decks, moodboards, references, scripts, and creative treatments
  • Work closely with creators, influencers, and talent teams to shape authentic content narratives
  • Research trends across beauty, fashion, luxury, music, and internet culture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, production, design, and account teams
  • Help oversee creative execution from ideation through production
  • Stay ahead of emerging social trends, creator formats, and platform behaviors

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a creative, social, brand, or agency environment
  • Strong experience working with beauty and/or fashion clients is required
  • Previous experience at a creator agency, influencer agency, or creator‑led marketing environment is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of creator culture and social-first storytelling
  • Strong taste level with a sharp eye for visuals, trends, casting, and internet aesthetics
  • Experience developing decks, creative presentations, and treatments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms

  • Experience working with luxury or premium brands
  • On-set or production experience
