About VX Media

VX Media transcends the typical creative agency model by being at the forefront of emerging trends and industry insights, enabling them to deliver powerful, personalized solutions.

Their comprehensive services span influencer marketing, talent management, social media consulting, and content production.

VX Media fosters a new wave of 3D/AR/AI/VR creators committed to crafting engaging, culturally rich content.

They cater to diverse brands from fashion, beauty, accessories, to lifestyle, technology and carefully customize their strategies to meet each brand’s unique needs.

We’re looking for a creative who thinks in culture first and formats second.

Someone who starts from a human truth.

You know how to research, observe, and find the insight that makes an idea land and who gets genuinely excited about what creators are doing before it’s mainstream.

This isn’t a brief‑taking role.

You’ll be expected to originate, push back, and bring ideas that surprise us.

You’ll work alongside creative directors, strategists, and talent teams across different industry, developing campaigns, creator collaborations, and brand storytelling that actually moves people.

You call yourself a creative, and you mean it.

You’re passionate about creators, about culture, about the craft of ideas.

What you’ll actually do

Concept original creative for campaigns, creator partnerships, and branded experiences, not just execute them.

Translate cultural signals into ideas with a clear strategic spine.

Build pitches, treatments, and moodboards that communicate a distinct creative perspective.

Develop real relationships with creators and shape the narrative direction of collaborations.

Stay deeply embedded in beauty, fashion, and internet culture, not as a trend‑watcher, but as someone who lives in it.

What we’re looking for

2–4 years in a creative or agency environment, though the right candidate might have a less conventional path.

Strong experience in beauty and/or fashion is a benefit.

A portfolio with a visible point of view: work that looks like it came from someone specific, not a template.

Sharp cultural awareness and a taste level you can articulate and defend.

Fluency across Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube, not as a user, as a creative practitioner.

Experience developing decks, treatments, and creative presentations.

Excellent instincts for casting, references, and visual direction.

  • You’ll stand out if you have
  • Experience working with luxury or premium brands.
  • On‑set or production experience.
  • An existing network in the creator space.
  • Understanding of AI creative tools.
