We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our friendly and collaborative Business Development and Marketing team in Bristol.

This is a varied role where you'll combine market research, data analysis and relationship building to help drive business growth across the firm.
Working closely with our Business Development Manager, marketing team and legal colleagues, you'll identify opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, helping us understand where we can grow and how we can engage with the right organisations.
You'll also support the growth of our products, e Learning offering and VWV Approach network, working with colleagues to develop campaigns and business development activity that creates meaningful conversations and long-term relationships.
No two days are the same, but you'll spend your time
- Analysing market, client and sector information to identify new opportunities.
- Developing target lists and helping shape business development plans.
- Working with marketing to deliver campaigns that engage the right audiences.
- Building relationships with prospective clients, intermediaries and key contacts.
- Supporting pitches, proposals and wider business development initiatives.
- Tracking activity, maintaining pipelines and reporting on progress.
- Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activity and networking opportunities.

Who Are We Hoping Will Apply?
We're looking for a person who’s commercially minded, enjoys working with data and genuinely likes building relationships.
You might already be working in a Business Development Executive, Business Development Coordinator or Sales role, or perhaps you’ve gained similar experience within another professional services environment.
We're particularly interested in someone who can demonstrate
- Experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence managing pipelines, reporting and business development activity.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across different teams.
Experience within legal or professional services would be an advantage, but it's certainly not essential.

Where Will I Be Working?
At VWV we have a truly unique and engaging culture that we hold dear.

Whilst we work to a hybrid model, for this role we would like you to work from our Bristol office for a minimum of 2 days of the week, with the willingness to attend out of hours networking events.
