About The Role

  • You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Create a positive first impression and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
  • Greet clients, visitors and colleagues with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces to a high standard.
  • Arrange refreshments and keep client‑facing areas clean, organised and presentation‑ready.
  • Provide administrative support: process deliveries, maintain schedules and logbooks, update data collection workbooks.
  • Assist with office tasks and proactively raise concerns related to processes, practices or incidents when appropriate.

About You

  • You are a confident and approachable individual with previous reception or front‑of‑house experience and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional manner and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player, calm under pressure, able to handle urgent tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
  • Excellent personal presentation and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
