Our Regulatory, Risk and Resolution Team

We provide regulatory advice to clients across the education ecosystem, charities and healthcare providers, covering registration, inspection, governance, incident management, complaints, claims, risk management and more.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Advising MATs, SATs and state schools on registration and inspection matters, critical incident management, admissions and appeals, complaints procedures, SEND and discrimination issues, pupil discipline, investigations, fair decision making, safeguarding, civil claims and judicial reviews.
  • Collaborating with and being supported by the wider firm’s specialist teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced education lawyer with a public law focus for academies and state schools.
  • Established sector profile and strong connections within the state‑funded sector.
  • Strong technical, communication, people and project‑management skills.

Hours & Location:

Flexibility is offered, with an expectation to work from one of our offices for at least two days per week.
