About The Role
As a Front of House Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues. You will create a positive first impression and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
- Greet clients, visitors and colleagues with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces to a high standard.
- Arrange refreshments and keep client‑facing areas clean, organised and presentation‑ready.
- Provide administrative support: process deliveries, maintain schedules and logbooks, update data collection workbooks.
- Assist with office tasks and proactively raise concerns related to processes, practices or incidents when appropriate.
About You
You are a confident and approachable individual with previous reception or front‑of‑house experience and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, professional manner and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team player, calm under pressure, able to handle urgent tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
- Excellent personal presentation and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
Where Will I Be Working?
The role requires 100% office attendance in our London office Monday – Friday.
