Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in your career within a well-regarded team? If you enjoy client-facing work, value high-quality technical delivery, and want to play an active role in developing a successful practice, we would be keen to hear from you.

Here at VWV, our established and friendly residential conveyancing team are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join them in our Bristol office. Working closely alongside Caron Seawert and the rest of the team, you will be taking on a varied and high-quality caseload within a collaborative and supportive environment. You will handle a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, referrals from our private client team, and work for investor clients.

The role offers significant client contact, responsibility for managing matters autonomously from instruction through to completion, and the opportunity to develop long-standing client relationships. You will also be encouraged to contribute to business development, particularly with local estate agents, reflecting the team’s strong reputation for repeat and referral-based work.

You will be a qualified Solicitor, CILEx Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer operating at Associate or Senior Associate level, with proven experience in residential conveyancing. You will bring a client-focused approach, strong technical ability, and the confidence to manage files independently with the support of a paralegal and shared secretary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside a genuine interest in building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and referrers. A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude will ensure you thrive within this close-knit and supportive team.
