We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front of House Assistant with a hospitality focus to join our team in Bristol. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in representing VWV, offering a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to everyone who steps through our doors or gets in touch.
As a Front of House Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Processing and confirming meeting room bookings
- Setting up and managing meeting spaces
- Ensuring hospitality areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with refreshments
- Supporting the hosting of events by greeting guests and assisting with IT queries
- Handling incoming deliveries and raising any concerns where appropriate
- Carrying out other reasonable tasks as directed by your Team Lead or Manager
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the hospitality side of front-of-house work and takes pride in delivering great service. Please note that there is an expectation for flexibility, with some early starts and evening finishes required to support events and business needs.

Whilst as a firm we do offer a hybrid working model, there are some roles that require 100% office attendance due to business need. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be expected to be based in our Bristol office Monday - Friday.
