If you're looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to support and shape the firm's digital journey.

As the Digital Adoption Advisor based in our Bristol office, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging onboarding programmes, workshops, and resources that introduce new joiners to the firm's digital tools and technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to create accessible and effective training materials while ensuring ongoing support is available to help new employees settle in and succeed.

You’ll showcase your ability to deliver engaging and informative IT inductions for solicitors and support staff, covering the software applications and systems used across the firm. Flexibility is important, as you’ll adapt your training style and delivery methods to suit a variety of learning needs, whether sessions are delivered in person or remotely. Cross‑functional support will also form part of your role. You’ll assist IT Support with onboarding‑related queries and work alongside other teams to assess and improve onboarding technologies and software solutions.
