Job Overview
Performs basic warehouse duties such as material movement, equipment operation, and maintaining associated record logs.
Assists with inbound and outbound shipments and performs other duties as assigned.
This role is a full‑time position based at the Lutterworth site and is part of the small export operations warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Material movement and equipment operation.
- Maintain record logs.
- Assist with inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform picking, packing, goods out, and dispatch tasks.
- Stock control and inventory management.
- Support a variety of tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in picking, packing, and shipment management.
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- Dependability and self‑motivation.
- Upbeat, energetic, flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
- Team player.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Physical ability to meet job demands.
- Counter‑balance license highly desirable but not essential.
