  • Act as a customer‑needs expert throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring deliverables align with business goals, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
  • Monitor customer and product performance metrics, identify risks or issues, and apply effective problem‑solving to mitigate impacts.

Essential experience & skills:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships across a wide range of teams and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information, shape a clear product vision and lead its development.
  • A customer‑focused approach, always seeking to deliver exceptional experiences and meaningful customer value.

  • Working knowledge of the automotive and financial services sectors, including products, sales channels, and the end‑to‑end customer journey.
  • Significant experience in a digital and commercial environment, with a solid understanding of product development and digital delivery.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of how to unlock the value in new ideas, including considerations of key assumptions, market potential, and cost or investment requirements.

What’s in it for you?
