Hybrid Working: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office, however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

This is a pivotal commercial role at the heart of our Retail Leasing growth. You’ll lead the development of strategic relationships across Volkswagen Group brands, securing vehicle supply and shaping how we deliver a consistent, competitive leasing proposition across all sales channels. You’ll operate at the intersection of brand, product and sales — bringing alignment, driving performance, and influencing how we grow in an increasingly complex and competitive market.

What you'll be doing
- Build and influence senior relationships across Volkswagen Group brands to secure CtP (commit to purchase) vehicle supply
- Lead commercial negotiations to deliver competitive pricing and maximise channel performance
- Align leasing campaigns across RCH (Retailer introduced Contract Hire), CtP and CTM (commit to market) to drive impact while protecting channel integrity
- Partner with Broker and Retail teams to unlock growth and ensure clear channel differentiation
- Use market insight and data to inform decision‑making and future strategy, influencing governance forums and brand reviews, shaping Contract Hire planning and direction
- Drive engagement and performance across retailer networks supplying CtP vehicles
- Oversee end‑to‑end operational delivery, from vehicle logistics through to customer outcomes
- Provide leadership continuity, stepping in for senior leaders where required

- Pension: Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%). VWFS will pay 6% if employee chooses a 2% employee contribution.
