About The Role
SALARY: from 29,854.00 pa dependent on experience (FTE)
LOCATION: One Delaware Drive with frequent travel to Bruntingthorpe
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Part Time Permanent - 32 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure volume, quality and spend on all vehicles at central storage are controlled.
- Deliver successful field auditing of key vehicle pre-sale processes.
- Authorisation of vehicle refurbishment within agreed guidelines and tactical initiatives.
- Ensure the refurbishment spend is used to maximize return on investment.
- Reconcile backup data for completed work against invoices, checking and approving for payment.
- Monitor stock throughput, prioritise pre-sale processes, and maintain stock churn targets.
- Check the condition of stock and escape issues regarding damage or inappropriate storage or use of vehicles.
- Monitor security measures, ensuring contractual obligations are met and address gaps appropriately.
- Provide factual and accurate reports and summaries for formal supplier review meetings.
- Offer on-site support and guidance during quarterly stock audits, including pre-audit checks at various locations.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and adaptability to work across different locations during the week.
- Experience of working under pressure with a flexible approach to work hours.
- Solid experience within the automotive/financial service industry, preferably in Remarketing.
- Detailed understanding of end-to-end de-fleet, pricing, and remarketing processes.
- Knowledge of operational processes at VWFS de-fleet and auction facilities.
- Experience planning a weekly program of work.
