Assembly Operative Aluminium Windows & Doors.
Pay: Starting rate £12.77 per hour (After 3 months training and within our skill matrix trained operators earn between £13.11 - £14.99 per hour)
Hours: Mon–Thurs, 6:45am – 4:45pm
VWC Ltd are a specialist manufacturer of high-quality aluminium windows and doors for vehicles including horseboxes, campervans, welfare units, and bespoke conversions. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Assembly Operatives that would like to join our team. We are a small business where we all get stuck in and take pride in doing our loyal customers a good job.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling products
- Following Job Cards
- Using machines such as Saws & crimpers
- Finishing and inspecting work
- Maintaining quality standards
Desirable but not essential skills
- Experience making things with hands
- Good dexterity with hands on production
- Experience with power tools such as electric screwdriver
- CNC Router experience
