The Client: Our client is a leading commercial and residential property firm specialising in urban regeneration. Based in Soho with around 35 employees in London, the company has offices throughout the country and fosters a down to earth, collaborative and friendly approach.
The Personal Assistant Role: This is an additional PA role which has come about due to growth in the team. The successful PA will be supporting a small team of Development Directors and Property Managers. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Diary management for multiple calendars
- Inbox management
- Travel arrangements
- Document administration including document preparation and collation, archiving, and maintenance of filing systems
- Preparation of PowerPoints
- Processing of expenses
- Answering the phone on behalf of the team and taking messages where appropriate
- Organising internal and external meetings, taking minutes when required
- Event organising for business networking events
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience of scheduling and administration
- Proactive and highly organised
- Able to prioritise work effectively and efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A self-starter with a ‘muck in’ attitude
Additional Information:
- Salary up to £40K depending on experience
- 25 days holiday plus pension scheme
- Core hours are 9-5:30pm, with occasional flexibility needed
- Hybrid working model with one day of choice available to work from home
