The Client:
An international IT Solutions firm are looking for a HR Assistant to support their Talent Acquisition Manager on an ongoing basis. This is a fully remote position, as they don’t have an office in London.
** Please note, the successful candidate will need their own laptop to access cloud-based files**
The Role:
They are seeking a proactive and organised HR Assistant, who can assist in all areas of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition administration. Duties will include:
- Assisting in full recruitment lifecycle; posting job openings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Maintaining candidate records and tracking appropriate documentation
- Supporting the team with candidate sourcing and outreach
- Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
The Candidate:
- Previous experience recruiting is essential, ideally within sales and/or IT specialist recruitment
- Highly efficient and able to organize themselves effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – you will be communicating with candidates all over the EU
- Able to research and problem solve – you’ll be working across different markets so will need to research practices and standards
- A motivated self-starter who is happy working in a fast-paced environment

- Up to £16.50/hour, plus holiday pay
- 35 hours / week
- This role is an ongoing temporary role for a minimum of 3 months
- Fully remote
