The Client:
A global alternative investment firm are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Real Estate team on an ongoing, temporary basis.
The Role:
You will be supporting at Senior Managing Director Level within their busy Real Estate team.
EA duties will include but are not limited to:
- Support to a team varying in seniority
- Manage demanding and complex calendar
- Arrange intricate travel bookings and itineraries
- Handle expense reports and reconciliations
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones
The successful EA will:
- Prior experience in financial services is essential
- Demonstrated experience managing intricate schedules
- Collaborate effectively as a team player
- Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Able to foster team morale and be a reliable and trusted support
- Familiarity with processing expenses, preferably using Concur
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritising effectively in high-pressure situations
