About the Role
- Support to both Founding Partners, Kevin and Vanesa, who have extremely busy schedules, both in a business and personal capacity. This role will be pivotal to ensure that their time is used effectively and smoothly.
- The role is primarily business-focused with a small personal element.
- Heavy complex diary and inbox management.
- They are looking for someone who can gatekeep their diaries to maximize their time and tell them where they need to be and when minimizing any wasted time.
- Wider team management.
- Arranging travel and supporting events.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and compiling research.
- Handling expenses and liaising with clients and their PAs.

Key Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Temp-to-perm or permanent: This is a unique role that involves working very closely with both Founding Partners, so they are keen to make sure the hire is correct!
- Location: Initially office-based, in Islington, with flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and during quieter periods once trust is established.
- Hours: Core hours are 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with flexibility required.
- Salary: up to £50k, depending on experience.
