Our client is a boutique financial services firm, based in stunning offices in Victoria. They are looking for a proactive, professional candidate to act as an ambassador to the firm in providing a front of house service and supporting with office related tasks.
About the Front of House / Office Assistant role:
This Front of House / Office Assistant role comes with varied responsibilities and would suit someone who genuinely enjoys acting as an ambassador for the business and in a front of house role while taking on office administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Reception duties, including being the first point of contact for visitors and couriers, tidying meeting rooms
- Handling of office invoices
- Ordering of office supplies
- Managing office catering
- Providing general administrative support, as needed
- Supporting on ad-hoc office projects, as required
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in an administrative or front-of-house role is essential.
- Dynamic and proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work collaboratively within a team

Additional information:
£40-50K, dependent on experience plus bonus
