About the Receptionist Role:
- Welcoming guests and creating a professional first impression
- Managing a busy phone system
- Arranging couriers
- Distributing office post
- Meeting room schedule management and checking supplies
- Some overflow Team Assistant duties; including diary management and travel arrangements
- Office management support, including facilities support and wider office operations
Receptionist candidate requirements:
