We are working with a boutique financial services firm to recruit a personable Reception and Office Assistant, on a temporary basis. This is a 2-month FTC, with the potential for extension.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, collaborative Reception and Office Assistant to join a boutique firm on a temporary basis. The responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the reception area to a high standard, and greeting clients and guests in a professional manner
- Managing meeting room diaries, organising catering and AV set up
- Sorting post and arranging couriers
- Managing office and kitchen stock levels, and restocking supplies as needed
- Supporting the organisation of staff events, as needed
- Any other additional tasks, as needed
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in an administrative or front-of-house role is essential
- Professional and proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Flexible, able to adapt to changing circumstances
Additional information:
- 2-month FTC, with potential for extension
- Hours are 8 - 5, with some flexibility to work beyond these hours
- Fully office-based role
