The Client:

One of VWA's prestigious clients in the education sector are looking for an organised and dedicated Head's Office Assistant to work alongside their EA. This is a permanent, term-time role.

The Role:

  • Support the EA to the Head in all of their duties.
  • Support the administration of the Emergency Response Plan as directed by the Executive Assistant to the Head.
  • Provide an additional point of contact for people contacting the Head's office.
  • Maintain the paper filing system (including archiving of leavers' files and creation of new files).
  • Log staff absences.
  • Maintain the email inboxes associated with their administrative responsibilities.

The successful Head's Office Assistant will have:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience in assistance, administration and/or office support.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively.
  • A clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.

The details and benefits:

  • Up to £33K FTE = £25 gross take home.
  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • Monday - Friday (Hours 8:15-16:15), Saturdays 8:15-13:15.
  • Office based, school in Westminster.
  • Lunch provided.
