They are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to support a high-performing team in their London office.

About the Team Assistant role

This is a varied and fast-paced role Team Assistant role, responsible for keeping an exceptionally busy team running seamlessly.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)

  • Executive support to senior leaders within the team
  • Complex diary and inbox management.
  • Extensive international travel coordination, including visas, detailed itineraries and frequent last-minute changes.
  • Organising board meetings, client meetings and internal events.
  • Acting as a key liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting projects and ensuring deadlines are met across multiple priorities.

Candidate specification

  • Previous experience supporting at executive level in a fast-paced corporate, investment or professional services environment is essential
  • Outstanding diary and international travel management skills.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful and confident working independently.
  • Professional, discreet and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills
