A leading executive search and advisory firm, based in the West End, is looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business.

An exciting opportunity to join a leading talent advisory firm and support the day-to-day running of the office! This is a hands-on, varied role combining office management, executive support, and broader operational involvement. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Office Management
    • Act as the first point of contact for the office
    • Oversee and improve day-to-day office operations, including managing office access and ensuring security protocols are followed
    • Manage office budgets, maintain office systems, and ensure health and safety compliance
  • Executive Assistant Support
    • Provide diary and inbox management for selected SLT members
    • Manage expenses
    • Assist with report preparation, and correspondence drafting
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Operational Support
    • Assist with HR, Marketing and Events activities
    • Assist with general operational and administrative tasks

Candidate Specification

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative support role
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
  • Able to take ownership of tasks, and be the 'go-to' person in the office

Additional Information

  • There is the option for this role to be full-time or part-time
  • Salary up to £50K (pro-rata for part-time)
  • West End location
  • Fully office-based
