An international US bank is seeking an organised and personable Team Assistant to join their London office. With around 20 in the office, it’s a great opportunity to join a small, busy team!
The Role:
- Direct support to the team, varying in seniority
- Extensive diary management
- Meeting coordination
- Processing expenses
- Day-to-day office operations and admin
- Other ad-hoc administration as required
- Covering and acting as an extra pair of hands to the other EA on the team, based in New York
The Candidate:
- A positive, can-do attitude and proactive nature is essential for this role
- Ability to manage a vast and varied workload and work to a fast pace is essential
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, and/or expenses and invoicing systems is desired.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft is preferable
- The client is looking for a candidate who is dedicated, flexible and able to add value to the team from day one
- Experience in a corporate environment, or a high-level service environment, is desired
Additional Information:
- Permanent role, starting ASAP.
- Fully office-based role, located in the West End.
- Standard hours are 9-6, with flexibility required.
