The Client and Role:
A leading international finance business are seeking a proactive, highly communicative and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on a permanent basis.

As lead for all Talent Acquisition and recruitment matters for the London office, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • End to end recruitment, including liaising with Hiring Managers on role briefs, liaising with agencies where appropriate and conducting initial candidate assessments
  • Provide guidance and advice across the business
  • Developing recruitment strategies in collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • Supporting with brand development and networking
  • Optimising Talent Acquisition operations.

Candidate Specification:

  • Prior experience in a Talent Acquisition / in-house recruitment role
  • Experience of handling recruitment strategies and oversight of the full recruitment cycle
  • Excellent communication skills and strong influencing and persuasion skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong data analysis skill set.

Additional Information:

  • Salary up to £75K depending on experience and the business offer additional benefits
  • Central City-based location.
