This is a fantastic Senior Receptionist opportunity, providing front-of-house and administrative support within a busy and professional office environment. Working closely with the wider Workplace and Administration team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting visitors and acting as the first point of contact for the business.
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are presented to a high standard.
- Providing administrative support to the wider business.
- Assisting with expenses and other ad hoc administration.
- Supporting the coordination of internal and client events as required.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless office operations.
Candidate Specification:
- Previous front-of-house, reception, guest services or customer-facing experience.
- Exceptional client service skills and a professional, welcoming approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to support across a variety of tasks.
- Experience within a corporate environment is advantageous, but not essential.
