3-SSMG/RVF Sales Manager Permanent ASAP start Hybrid This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing festival promoter overseeing a portfolio of UK and European music festivals. They are seeking a Sales Manager to join their innovative team. The successful Sales Manager will leverage their interpersonal skills and industry expertise to identify potential brand partnership opportunities for our client’s growing portfolio of assets. Building and maintaining strong external relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters, through securing and leading new business meetings Qualifying new business discussions and close brand partnerships deal to achieve your personal annual target Creating sales materials such as pitch decks, making updates and changes where necessary Successfully pitching creative and strategic presentations to win new business Utilisation of LinkedIn, social media, and networking at events to source new leads and prospects Managing and maintain the partnerships CRM pipeline Strong experience in music brand partnerships (ideal) A personal network of global brand partners in Europe, US and Africa (ideal) Attention to detail and the ability to ensure all outputs are of the highest quality Strong entrepreneurial skills and commercial awareness Resilience and ability to tackle challenges constructively and find creative ways forward Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 at home) Competitive benefits, including private health and dental cover, enhanced maternity cover, and additional annual leave allowance for years of service Up to £60k with commission based on sales targets If this fantastic Sales Manager role appeals to you, please apply today!
