Our Client:
An independent partnership specialising in boardroom advisory, executive search and consulting services. This well-established search practice is searching for an Executive Search Researcher.
About the Role
This role will give you exposure to some of the most recognisable businesses in the world. You will speak and advise some of the brightest and most interesting professionals on a daily basis. Your core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Finding and assessing candidate profiles for their relevance and suitability
- Screening candidates over the phone
- Attending candidate interviews with a consultant
- Building relationships with candidates in order to maintain maps, get referrals, compensation data and/or any other relevant candidate market data
- Using & maintain the CRM
- Developing search execution skills; learn to build long-lists, gain exposure to clearing & persuasion, shortlists, prep, feedback, scheduling and offer management
Skills/Experience Required
- An appetite for learning about the Search industry and an interest in financial markets and the corporate world
- Degree educated (or equivalent)
- Competence and curiosity using and discovering artificial intelligence tools
- Willingness to conduct in-depth research and a keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously, and as part of a small team
- Not afraid to ask questions and seek guidance where necessary
- Naturally curious and determined
