About the Role
This role will give you exposure to some of the most recognisable businesses in the world. You will speak and advise some of the brightest and most interesting professionals on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Finding and assessing candidate profiles for their relevance and suitability
- Screening candidates over the phone
- Attending candidate interviews with a consultant
- Building relationships with candidates to maintain market data, referrals, and compensation information
- Using and maintaining the CRM
- Developing search execution skills: long‑listing, short, prepping, scheduling and offer management
Skills & Experience
- An appetite for learning about the Search industry and an interest in financial markets and the corporate world
- Degree educated (or equivalent)
- Competent and curious about AI tools
- Willingness to conduct in‑depth research and a keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a small team
- Not afraid to ask questions and seek guidance where necessary
- Naturally curious and determined
