An established, international investment firm that has an entrepreneurial and collegiate ethos is looking for an experienced customer service professional to join their team as Receptionist & Workplace Coordinator.
The Receptionist & Workplace Coordinator will be key to delivering an exceptional front‑of‑house experience and will ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of Reception. This is a varied role, involving front of house and reception, workplace and facilities support, events and hospitality support, alongside some administration support.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, manage visitor registration and meeting room coordination
- Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Support day‑to‑day facilities tasks and act as a key liaison for minor workplace issues e.g. printer issues, basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate logistics for internal office events
- Manage daily meeting room readiness
- Maintain reception and shared areas to a high standard
- Other ad‑hoc administrative support, as required
Candidate Specification:
- Prior experience in a reception / front of house role is essential; experience in a corporate setting is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- High attention to detail
- Professionalism and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Additional Information:
- Salary £35-38K, dependent on experience, plus a discretionary bonus
- West End location
- Fully office based. The hours will be on a rota of shifts from 8 - 6
