An established and leading investment firm based in the heart of the West End is looking for a proactive and personable Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and collaborative team. This is a varied and busy role, involving front of house/receptionist responsibilities as well as supporting with various administrative tasks. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Front of house/reception responsibilities including meeting and greeting of visitors
  • Managing meetings rooms (of which there are 4), setting up/clearing of meetings rooms including refreshments
  • Placing orders, replenishing of stock, kitchen supplies
  • Overflow support to the 3 EAs in London, including booking of light travel (flight, taxis) and processing of expenses using Concur
  • Other ad hoc admin tasks as required

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience in a front of house, or similar, role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Hands on, flexible approach to tasks
  • Proactive, 'can-do' attitude
