About the Client:
Global asset management firm with around 300 staff in London, based in the heart of the West End. The company really stands out as having a positive and very inclusive culture – lots of the staff have been there 5+ years, they have an extremely strong ethos of team work.
Interested applicants must be available to start immediately and able to commit for at least 6 months.
About the Receptionist / Admin Assistant role:
With overall responsibility for the front desk of the office, the successful person will also provide administrative support to investment professionals. Duties will include:
- Open and close the reception desk
- Meeting and greeting of visitors
- Meeting room management
- Catering arrangements as needed
- Answering incoming calls and directing as necessary
- Coordination of internal and external meetings including Zoom VC on behalf of professionals
- Travel management – domestic and international – including managing payments, visas and itineraries
- Assisting with events and ad hoc projects as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience covering reception and providing administrative support
- Ideally, applicants will have financial services or other corporate industry experience
- Attention to detail and organised, and able to prioritise effectively
- Strong client service orientation
- Microsoft Office skills.
Additional Details:
- Core hours 8am – 5pm
- £18-£22 p/h depending on relevant experience
- Pro-rata discretionary bonus
