The Receptionist Role:
Working alongside one other Receptionist, you will use your service orientation to really welcome people, get to know them and their likes, and make them feel good at the office. Day to day duties involve but aren't limited to:

  • Maintaining an immaculate Reception area
  • Meeting and greeting guests warmly
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
  • Helping manage meeting room bookings/ arrangements
  • Supporting with in-office and external events
  • General administration duties, as and when required

The Successful Receptionist candidate will:

  • Be memorable, personable and proactive
  • Have excellent communication skills, in person and written
  • Be a total team-player with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Be organised and efficient

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Fully office based
  • Salary: Up to £35K, dependent on experience
  • Standard hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm or 9am to 6pm (can be rotated)
