About the Role
This is a People Partner position, working closely with the People & Inclusion team to provide generalist HR support across the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver HR solutions
- Advising the business on Employee Relations matters and identifying / mitigating risks to the business
- Supporting on L&D and DEI initiatives
- Supporting teams with recruitment as and when required
- Build relationships across the business
- Ad-hoc HR support as and when required.
Candidate Specification:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualified
- Generalist or HR Business Partner level experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience of Employee Relations
- Confident in UK employment law
- Experience of Hay Job Evaluation or similar (preferable)
- Excellent commercial awareness and proven record of influencing leadership.
Additional Information:
- Salary up to £51K depending on experience
- Flexible working hours – 9am – 5pm OR 8am – 4pm
- Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
- Central London office location.
