About the Client:

A successful commercial property business operating in the London market for over 30 years. The London office is busy and lively, and the business have a focus on 'extra-curricular' development and excellent benefits!

About the Role:
An exciting to support the new CEO of the business. The role will involve (but responsibilities are not limited to):

  • Strategic partner to the CEO – proactive and commercially-minded diary, travel and client relationship management
  • Organisation of board meetings, including document preparation and minute-taking
  • Compiling agendas and itineraries
  • Ad-hoc project management – investor relations and roadshow coordination, research, recruitment, events and personal assistance to CEO
  • Support to wider C-suite team – diary, travel and project support
  • Cover for wider administrative team as and when needed, including occasional reception cover if required.

Candidate Specification:

  • C-suite EA experience, ideally to a CEO
  • Experience within (commercial) property is preferred
  • Highly team-oriented and muck-in approach
  • Strong organisational skills and a proven track record of manging a busy, multi-faceted role
  • Strong IT skills alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information:

  • Salary up to £57K depending on experience
  • Benefits include generous holiday allowance, healthcare, discretionary bonus and gym discount
  • Hours are 9am – 5:30pm, with flexibility required beyond this as and when necessary
  • August / September start preferred
  • The role is fully office-based at the London office (Northern line zone 2).
