About the Client
Our client is a globally recognised automotive technology organisation and leading supplier to the automotive industry, offering an exciting opportunity to join their London team as a temporary Office Manager/Assistant on a 3‑month assignment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day‑to‑day running of the London office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, office events, visitor management, and general workspace organisation.
- Meet and greet guests, as required.
- Provide administrative support to the CHRO and wider team.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Specification
- Previous experience in an office assistant or office manager role.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a hands‑on approach and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and problem‑solve proactively.
Additional Information
- Salary £40‑45k equivalent, dependent on experience.
- ASAP start.
- 3-month temporary assignment, may be longer.
- West end location.
- Fully office based, with core hours 8:30am‑4:30pm.
