About the Client

Our client is a globally recognised automotive technology organisation and leading supplier to the automotive industry, offering an exciting opportunity to join their London team as a temporary Office Manager/Assistant on a 3‑month assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth day‑to‑day running of the London office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, office events, visitor management, and general workspace organisation.
  • Meet and greet guests, as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the CHRO and wider team.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Specification

  • Previous experience in an office assistant or office manager role.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a hands‑on approach and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and problem‑solve proactively.

Additional Information

  • Salary £40‑45k equivalent, dependent on experience.
  • ASAP start.
  • 3-month temporary assignment, may be longer.
  • West end location.
  • Fully office based, with core hours 8:30am‑4:30pm.
