A leading executive search and advisory firm, based in the West End, is looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business.
An exciting opportunity to join a leading talent advisory firm and support the day-to-day running of the office! This is a hands-on, varied role combining office management, executive support, and broader operational involvement. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Office Management
- Act as the first point of contact for the office
- Oversee and improve day-to-day office operations, including managing office access and ensuring security protocols are followed
- Manage office budgets, maintain office systems, and ensure health and safety compliance
- Executive Assistant Support
- Provide diary and inbox management for selected SLT members
- Manage expenses
- Assist with report preparation, and correspondence drafting
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Operational Support
- Assist with HR, Marketing and Events activities
- Assist with general operational and administrative tasks
Candidate Specification
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative support role
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Able to take ownership of tasks, and be the 'go-to' person in the office
Additional Information
- There is the option for this role to be full-time or part-time
- Salary up to £50K (pro-rata for part-time)
