We are supporting a boutique financial services firm on an exciting 6-month maternity cover. Based in centrally located offices, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and resourceful individual to join a successful firm as an Office Manager / Assistant.
This is a 6-month maternity cover starting as soon as possible. The client is looking for an engaging and resourceful Office Manager / Assistant who can juggle a range of priorities. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing the smooth running of the office
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Ensuring health and safety checks are carried out
- Organising meeting room set up
- Meeting and greeting guests, as required
- Providing IT support, including logging issues and liaising with IT providers
- Providing some support to the Partners, as required
- Additional administrative tasks, as required
Candidate Specification
- Some prior administrative / office experience is essential
- Strong MS Office skills
- Tech-savvy, confident assisting with IT issues
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Can-do, hands on attitude

- Salary £40-55K, dependent on experience
- 6-month FTC, providing maternity cover

- Fully office-based, with core hours 8am - 6pm
