About the Office/Workplace Manager Role:
This is a varied and busy Office/Workplace Manager role. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Organising all repairs and routine maintenance
 - Managing service contracts
 - Office management – being the \’go-to\’ person for the whole office
 - Health & Safety
 - Overseeing maintenance of office assets and building management systems
 - Acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day operational matters
 - Ensuring compliance with all internal policies
 - Ad-hoc administrative support
 
Candidate Specification for the Office/Workplace Manager role:
- Extensive prior experience of managing or coordinating facilities within a corporate setting
 - IOSH or NEBOSH certified would be beneficial but not essential
 - Muck-in and hands-on – happy to get stuck in with the day to day aspects of facilities
 - Strong leadership and people management skills
 - Calm under pressure
 - Highly service-oriented and professional
