This is an exciting Facilities Assistant opportunity for someone looking to build their career in office operations, facilities, workplace experience, or business support. As a key member of the close-knit Administration Team, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Opening and preparing the office each morning to ensure a safe and organised environment
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming workplace, including meeting rooms and communal areas
- Managing office supplies, stock, deliveries, catering, and facilities requests
- Supporting meeting setups, events, and visitor experience
- Maintaining facilities records and acting as a first point of contact for queries
- Providing general office support, reception cover, and ad hoc assistance when required
Candidate Specification:
- Experience in hospitality, reception, customer service, events, or office support preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional approach
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Facilities or office administration experience beneficial but not essential
