Receptionist / Office Assistant duties will include but are not limited to:

Meeting and greeting clients

Maintaining a professional and immaculate reception area

Setting up and scheduling meeting rooms
-
Managing the switchboard and transferring/taking messages as appropriate

Ad hoc administrative work as required

Be highly professional, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have previous experience in a similar role, within corporate/financial services ideally
-
Have excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
-
Work well under pressure

Be highly personable and maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Core hours – 9am-5pm, with some flexibility required to 8am-6pm for specific meetings

Fully-office based, with nice buzzy offices based in the heart of the City
-
Up to £20/hour plus holiday, depending on experience
