Our client is a leading financial advisory firm, with offices based in Mayfair. They are looking for a hardworking, dedicated Roadshow Coordinator to join their Roadshow team on a 12-month, fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative firm as Roadshow Coordinator on a fixed-term basis! The role involves coordinating external events, conferences and roadshows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Investor Relations or financial services environments.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Proactively manage multiple conference schedules
- Coordinate attendees for Roadshow events
- Assist with Investor Relations event organisation
- Maintain project calendars
- Act as first point of contact for clients and stakeholders on roadshows
- Provide support to Roadshow Managers
Candidate Specification:
- Previous coordination experience, in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in financial services is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to work as part of a team
- Highly organised, and proactive

- 12 month FTC
- Offices based in Mayfair
