A leading PE-backed Executive Search firm specialising in the financial services, cyber and technology space is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Rewards & Benefits Manager to join their high-performing People function.
About the Role:
- Leading on compensation, benefits, and reward strategy across the UK and international offices
- Managing the annual compensation cycle and benchmarking processes
- Reviewing, enhancing and implementing new benefit programmes aligned to market trends
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide guidance on reward frameworks
- Overseeing salary reviews, incentives, and bonus structures
- Monitoring regulatory and market developments in the PE/VC talent landscape
- Supporting broader People projects, including EVP, retention initiatives, and culture programmes
- Providing analytical insight and reporting to support strategic decision-making
Candidate Specification:
- Proven experience in a specialist Rewards & Benefits role
- Strong understanding of compensation structures within Executive Search, Professional Services or Financial Services
- Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
- Analytical mindset

Additional Information:
