About the Client

An established mid-sized Financial Services firm with a global presence, located in the heart of the City, is looking for a dedicated and hard-working receptionist to join their team. The firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment and encourages long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Front of house management
  • Meeting and greeting all guests, directing incoming calls
  • Managing company meetings including schedules and ensuring all are kept up to standard
  • Supporting the Office Manager with ad-hoc Facilities Management duties
  • Office administration and support
  • Keeping office kitchen stocked and ordering supplies
  • Distribute incoming mail and liaising with couriers
  • Processing invoices and liaising with finance team
  • Ad-hoc overflow duties from the EA team including travel arrangements and booking restaurants
  • Opportunities to get involved in additional Team Assistant duties to wider team in the longer term
  • Opportunities to get involved with the social committee
  • Ad-hoc projects and administration

Candidate Specification

  • Prior experience in a client-facing Receptionist role
  • Prior experience of office administration and business support
  • Well-presented and highly professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Muck-in, flexible and 'no job too big or small' attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Additional Information

  • Salary up to £45K depending on experience
  • Start TBC, permanent position
  • This is a fully office-based position, non-negotiable. Please only apply if you're able to be in the office 5 days a week.

  • Hours are 8am - 6pm
