A boutique global advisory firm, who work across talent planning, leadership hiring and executive development, is looking for a proactive, organised Project Coordinator to join the team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing executive search firm as Project Coordinator! This role will support the MD and wider team, as well as assisting with projects. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Diary management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Travel organisation
  • Project support, including assisting with document preparation
  • Assist with internal event organisation
  • General administrative support to the team

Candidate Specification

  • Previous office or administrative experience, in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised
  • Tech-savvy
  • Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities

Additional Information

Salary is up to £35K, dependent on experience. Office-based. Core hours 9am - 6pm. Based in Holborn.
