A leading executive search and advisory firm, based in the West End, is looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office along with supporting the HR Director.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading firm on a part-time basis! The People Associate / Office Administrator role will be split between working with the HR Director on a range of administrative duties, as well as acting as the first point of contact for all office related duties.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide structured support across HR & People, Marketing and Events
- Support the HR Director with L&D coordination including scheduling training sessions, managing attendance, liaising with external providers and maintaining learning records
- Assist with general operational processes, coordination, and administrative tasks across the business
- Take responsibility for new employee onboarding
- Act as the first point of contact for the office
- Oversee and continuously improve day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and relationships with building management and suppliers
- Support across health and safety compliance, including training (e.g. fire marshals, first aiders)
Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, PA, or similar administrative support role
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Able to take ownership of tasks, and be the 'go-to' person in the office
Additional information:
- This is a part-time role, working 4 days a week
- Core hours are anticipated to be 8-3, however flexibility is required
- Salary up to £50K (pro-rata for part-time)
- West End office location
