Our client, a global alternative investment management firm with a collegiate environment, is looking for an Administrative / Marketing Assistant to support the team on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast‑paced investment firm. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • General office administration
  • Responding to queries via phone and email
  • Administrative support to the marketing team
  • Ad‑hoc administration, as required
