The Client:
A leading set of barristers' chambers is seeking a bright, proactive, and highly organised Legal Administrator to work closely with the Marketing Manager and Chambers Director. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with demonstrable interest – and experience – in the legal sector who is eager to develop and advance their marketing career.
The Administrator Role:
Working within the Marketing Team, you manage a variety of tasks within a small, collaborative and highly professional environment. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Updating the website and LinkedIn, and drafting engaging content in the Chambers' style
- Coordinating events and webinars, from invites to follow-up
- Researching and preparing submissions for legal directories
- Creating marketing materials and liaising with suppliers
- Managing the CRM system (Lex) for targeted campaigns
- Providing light admin support (c%) to the Chambers Director, such as scheduling meetings and liaising with IT for new starters
Candidate Specification:
- Administrative experience in professional services, financial services, legal or other corporate field is essential
- A keen interest in the legal world
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- A motivated self-starter
