This is a fantastic EA / Investor Relations Assistant opportunity to join a refreshingly collaborative team, supporting a leading private equity company. Our client is resolutely committed to creating stronger, sustainable businesses, and they are looking for an energetic team-player to join the London office.
This is an exciting IR Executive Assistant role, supporting 3 individuals. Executive Assistant responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing calendar and diary management support, including arranging external meetings
- Coordinating and arranging meetings
- Coordinating travel and all related organisation for both business and personal (including booking flights, hotels and transfers where necessary)
- Organising and confirming meetings with investors
- Diary and calendar management
- Ad-hoc administration as required
Prior experience in Investor Relations or as an Investor Relations Executive Assistant is preferred. Other Executive Assistant experience from fast-paced financial or professional services will be considered. The ability to multi-task with great attention to detail, organisation and administrative skills are essential. Time management and the ability to prioritise, along with written and verbal communication skills, are also important. The candidate should be team-oriented and highly self-motivated.

- 9am – 5:30pm - flexibility to work beyond hours as necessary
- Up to £70k based on experience
- Hybrid: 1 day working from home
