This is a fantastic EA / Investor Relations opportunity to join a refreshingly collaborative team, supporting a leading private equity company. Our client is resolutely committed to creating stronger, sustainable businesses, and they are looking for an energetic team-player to join the London office.

About the Executive Assistant / Investor Relations role:

This is a busy IR Assistant role, supporting up to 3 high performing and senior members of the London office. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing calendar and diary management support, including arranging external meetings
  • Coordinating and arranging meetings for a Head of the Team
  • Coordinating travel and all related organisation for both business and personal (including booking flights, hotels and transfers where necessary)
  • Organising and confirming meetings with investors if required
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Inbox management
  • Ad-hoc administration as required

  • The ability to multi-task with great attention to detail
  • Organisation and administrative skills are essential
  • Time management and the ability to prioritise
  • Written and verbal communication skills
